Activities

Boating and Water Sports  Boating on Williams Fork Reservoir  Dillon Reservoir
William’s Fork, Green Mtn and Wolford Mtn Reservoirs are within 8-20 miles. Lake Granby, Shadow Mtn Lake and Grand Lake are 25-39 miles away. Lake Dillon is about 52 miles south. And of course there’s river rafting on the Colorado and Blue Rivers within 45 minutes.

You will be only 2 miles from the Parshall Hole. There’s plenty of public access to the Gold Medal Waters of the Colorado River within 5 miles.

In addition to your own 40 acres to hike, there’s public lands right out the back door with plenty of hiking opportunities. Mountain bike the deer trails or enjoy miles of national forest roads to the north.

Bring your own horses to ride. All Relation Ranch is adjacent to over 600 acres of public land (BLM) and 5 miles away from a gazillion acres of national forest.

Located in Unit 18 and adjacent to or near Units 28, 181, 27, 37 and 371. Deer, Elk, Moose, Pronghorn, Bears and Grouse frequent these areas.

Pamper Yourself  Hot Sulphur Springs Resort
Hot Sulphur Springs Resort & Spa is only 6 miles to the east. If you feel like a road trip, make sure to visit Strawberry Park in Steamboat Springs.

We’re in the middle of skiing heaven. Our closet ski are is SolVista (formerly Silvercreek), a wonderful family area. For you expert skiers and riders, Winter Park, Steamboat Springs and the Summit County ski areas will definetly fulfill your dreams. Click here to see how close these places really are.

We’re 5 miles from the Arapaho National Forest and there’s miles of riding there. The infamous Rabbit Ears Pass is about 50 miles away and Grand Lake is 35 miles away.
