The House

Your home on the ranch was completed in 1999 and renovated in 2005. It sleeps upto 10 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer and dryer and a wood stove. It sits on 40 acres and is adjacent to over 600 acres of public land. This first picture was taken from the hill top towards the south side of the property. If you were to turn 180 degrees, you'd see the Powers Fishing Access on the Colorado River.

The second picture shows a good portion of the land, with public land to the west of it. This picture was also taken from the land, which is the top of your own tubing hill when there's enough snow.

The nearest house that can be seen from the home is at least one mile away. Click here to see a picture taken from there.

You'll notice that there's some artsy crafty stuff throughout the house. That's mostly Jody's work. To see more of her work, please visit her website at rainbowartifacts.com.

Now, for the bedrooms. First, there's the Bunk Room. This is the master bedroom of the house and it even has it's own bathroom. There's two bunk beds, doubles on the bottom and twins on top, which will sleep upto 6 people. There's also a sliding glass door out of this room with beautiful views of the adjoining public land. The Bunk Room also has a large walk-in closet, a reading chair and plenty of reading lights.

Next, there's the King Room. It has a king sized bed that will sleep 2 adults or 3 children (speaking of children, in the front yard there's a jungle gym to be enjoyed). This room includes a generous closet with plenty of shelving and three night stands. The view out of this room can be awesome. The King Room is adjacent to the second bathroom, which is shared with the Twin Room.

Finally, there's the Twin Room. This room sleeps 2 people and has a nice sized closet with shelving, chest and drawers and a night stand. The views out of this room are similar to what you'd see in the living room and standing in the front doorway.

In addition to what you've seen of the house, there's a pantry off of the kitchen and two hall closets.
